Lincolnshire, IL – Vance Marketing Solutions has announced that it has selected Conrad Stolze and Helena Pavlikova as Senior Project Managers.

Both Stolze and Pavlikova will lead teams of project managers and content developers who will serve Vance Marketing Solutions’ clients. Stolze and Pavlikova will be responsible understanding the clients’ business goals, determining the best digital strategies to use to accomplish those goals and communicating those needs to Vance Marketing Solutions’ team of Web developers and technical experts.

Stolze brings more than 17 years Web development and entrepreneurial expertise to his role at Vance Marketing Solutions. Later, Stolze spearheaded digital initiatives for Vance Publishing’s agricultural division by launching a mobile marketing campaign, revamping the division’s e-newsletters and more.

Pavlikova, too, is a strong asset to the VMS team. Pavlikova is a certified Project Manager with the Project Management Institute, and she has been instrumental in launching several sites associated with the salon industry, including Beauty School Advisor and Modern Salon Learning. Prior to joining Vance Publishing, Pavlikova worked as New Product Development and Marketing Manager for Double K Kreations, a custom products consumer e-commerce site, and as U.S. Operations Manager for Italian Joint Venture, which imports and distributes wholesale products via online and offline channels.
